MECO provides general marketing services to GovHR USA, firm that provides recruitment, consulting and interim staffing services for the public and non-profit sectors. Services we provide include social media schedules and management of accounts, layout and design of recruitment brochures, layout and content of e-newsletters and design of brochures and promotional materials.
MECO provides communications services to the Village of Mount Prospect including management of social media schedules and accounts, e-newsletters, press releases, promotional campaigns, publications, web site management and other special projects.
MECO has served as the Interim Communications Manager for the City of Elmhurst on two separate occasions. Stepping into the role, we managed social media accounts, wrote and distributed press releases, managed off-season preparations and promotion of the City’s Summer Trolley Program, managed production of City newsletter including design, writing, editing, coordination of printing and mailing of publication, handled design and publication of Fire Department Annual Report, and assisted with development of materials regarding the City’s water meter replacement program.
Morton College Careers and Technical Education Division educators and staff felt there was a lack of awareness of what the division had to offer. They wanted to enhance marketing of the programs they offered and ensure their message was getting to appropriate audiences. MECO developed a Marketing Plan for the division to provide direction and strategy for their outreach efforts.
When the O’Hare Noise Compatibility Commission was considering a website overhaul, they turned to MECO for assistance. With the help of Basecamp Web Solutions, MECO worked with ONCC staff and members to rebuild an easy-to-navigate, visually attractive and informative site. MECO also assists the Commission with Media Relations and Publications.
The Mount Prospect Downtown Merchants Association, an all-volunteer organization, coordinates several community events throughout the year. MECO assists them with social media management, marketing and promotion of great events like Fall Fest/Oktoberfest, Summer Slide Pub Crawl and Derby de Mayo Pub Crawl.
Award winning family-owned Capannari Ice Cream realized their business at a turning point after being in operation for nearly 15 years. They engaged a Board of Advisors and brought MECO on board to develop a strategic plan. MECO also assisted Capannari’s with Social Media management, award applications, public relations and event promotion.
The Prairie Center for the Arts is owned and operated by the Village of Schaumburg and is one of the premiere performance venues in the northwest suburban area. MECO serves as the Marketing Specialist for the Prairie Center, responsible for social media management, media relations, e-newsletters and more. MECO also assists the Prairie Center Arts Foundation in promotion of their mission, campaigns and events.
